Who We Are

Jones and Wilkinson Ltd is a family run zinc diecasting company based in Ezekiel Lane, Willenhall in the West Midlands.

Established in 1965 by Bill Jones and Wilfred Wilkinson , Rob and Andy Wilkinson have been running
the business since 1992 and are now joined by 3rd generation David Wilkinson.

With over 50 years of engineering excellence, we have the knowledge, experience and facilities to help customers plan, design, and produce top quality tools and castings. We can assist in the design of your zinc die cast part, produce the tooling and supply the finished product.

Our Services

Zinc Diecasting

Using the latest diecasting technology we are able to reproduce quality castings in batches from 1000 to 5,000,000.

Toolmaking

Complete with 3D CAD/CAM. We produce all impression work in our own dedicated tool room.

Secondary Operations

Tapping, drilling, CNC machining, barrelling and auto-shot blasting are just some of our secondary operations we offer.

Assembly

Assembly of finished parts including powder coat, polishing and plating – all sourced locally in the West Midlands.
