CNC Machining

We have recently invested in additional CNC machines, increasing our capacity to meet demand in both zinc and aluminium machining operations.

                2 x Bridgeport Interact Mill

Our machines are set by experienced toolmakers using Solidworks and CAD CAM package to program cutter paths.  We are happy to produce parts from 1 off to batches of thousands in a wide range of materials including plastic and stainless steels.
