Prototype Parts

CNC Prototype PartsCNC machined parts from materials ranging from plastics to aluminium and zinc.  Zinc diecast prototypes can be machined from ‘press-cast’ zinc to replicate the mechanical properties of a diecasting. Quantities from one offs to small batches using prototype tooling is possible.

We will give any assistance necessary to help you get your ideas into production. This may involve designing the part from scratch using Solidworks CAD , or modifying the design to make the part more suited to diecasting, or engineering out manufacturing operations.

Prototypes can be made either in house by coventional CNC methods or using Rapid Prototyping in assosiation with Wolverhampton University.
